Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Helion LLC, including any data collected through our Meta app or website. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days of confirmation.

What Data We May Hold

  • Contact data: Name and email address submitted through our contact form, quiz, or lead magnet.
  • Meta platform data: If you authorized our Meta app, we may hold your Meta user ID, name, email address, and any ad account data accessed during our engagement.
  • Email marketing data: Your email address and engagement history if you opted into our email list.
  • Communications: Any emails or messages exchanged with us.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to sutton@helionhq.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account or submission
  • If applicable: your Facebook User ID or the Meta account connected to our app
  • A description of what data you want deleted

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  2. We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
  3. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days and confirm completion.
  4. We retain only what is legally required (e.g., billing records, legal correspondence).

Revoking Meta App Access

To immediately revoke Helion’s access to your Meta accounts, go to your Facebook App Settings and remove the Helion app. This stops any future data access. You can also submit a data deletion request above to have any already-collected Meta data removed from our systems.
